Issue:PerformancePoint 2010-Scorecard decomposition tree,show detail functions disable.

When I tried to create a scorecard using PerformancePoint 2010, I faced a problem. The problem was when right clicking on a attribute of the score card, “Show Details” and “Decomposition Tree” functions are disabled. As shown bellow.

Then i did some researches and found few reasons for that.
1) if you see only “Comments..” those feature. Then you don’t have proper version of Microsoft Silverlight. It must be version 3 or above.

2) If  “Show Details” and “Decomposition Tree” are shown but disabled as above it must be some thing to do with your KPI settings .When creating KPIs it selects “Default” as calculation.Select “Data Value” instead of that.As shown bellow.

3) If the above(No 2) issue still exists, again it must be something to do with you KPIs.Your KPIs must be a direct measure from analysis service,it can’t be a calculated KPI.(If you create the KPIs using calculations, features will be disable.)

In my case after doing all these modifications,I solved the problem. Now it is displayed as bellow .

Hope you can get some help from this post.
